Aviation and Maritime STEM Education Expo
When: Thursday, May 28th 10:30 – 12:30 (you must arrive between 10:15 – 10:30 to enter)
You will check in with the clipboard volunteers, we do not need to enter as a group, just go in when you arrive.
Where: Logan Airport – Delta Hanger
No Parking Available at the Delta Airlines Hangar!

What:
Representatives from industry, government and academia have joined forces to introduce middle and high school students and educators to a multitude of career paths offered by the aviation/maritime/transportation industry.
More than 30 static aircraft, displays and information booths representing various aspects of the transportation community will provide the backdrop for this dynamic educational experience. Students will have the opportunity to learn about the work environment of Massport, the FAA, the Department of Transportation, and numerous commercial/industry organizations involved in this event. Presenters will focus on STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) disciplines and engage students in these subjects.
Food, beverages, purses and backpacks will NOT be allowed on the airport premises. Cameras are allowed as long as they are not in a camera case. We encourage the use of public transportation to the Expo. The event is fully accessible by boat, bus and subway.
